One of the very few black owned coffee shops here! Small, cute, nice drinks, great staff!
I wish this establishment was bigger so I could host bigger parties. If you have a group of 4 or more, it may be difficult to all sit together inside. They will however, add chairs and tables outside to accommodate you. The owners are very sweet women who love to connect with their patrons and provide great service! -

This is my first time back in over three years, so I wanted to go back and update my review. The interior of the shop was like I remembered it and I don't think they have done any upgrades in the past couple years. Or if they have, it wasn't noticeable to me.
You can park your car in the shopping center in which they are located instead of paid street parking on the street. The owner/barista was very nice in all my interactions with her and this is a 3 star review instead of a 2 star review mainly based on the politeness of the owner.
I ordered a 12oz Mocha with almond milk and unfortunately found it to be really gross. It didn't come with any latte art which for me personally is an important part of my experience at a coffee shop. The coffee also had a bad after taste that seemed to last for hours in my mouth.
Perhaps they can take a second look at what beans they are using in their espresso and learn how to do latte art on their drinks? I think until that happens, I'll be passing on coming back, but hope they take my earnest suggestions seriously to improve the coffee experience for their customers. -

This is probably one of the most warm and welcoming coffee shops in sac.. not overbearing customer service that feels like too much, but just genuine personalities hoping to provide you with a great experience. I mean a great coffee house needs great coffee also. Their coffee is amazing.

One of my favorite little coffee shops in Sac. Perfectly situated across the street from McKinley Park. Staff is always so friendly and welcoming.

Tiferet Coffee House is wonderful. As a first-timer here, I immediately noticed how so many locals know the barista and how there's a sense of closeness or friendship between customers and the barista. I really appreciate the atmosphere and just how friendly everyone is!
I greatly appreciate the private parking lot and the free WiFi. It's a small space, so tables are limited but people are so nice that they will, almost immediately, offer to share a table with you.
The caramel macchiato is simply delicious and so is their ham and cheese croissant. Altogether, they cost about $9.10.
I will definitely come back to try out other pastries drinks!
